Locals Skateboards manufacture leads its production of skateboards based on technologies of professional and long-standing skateboard companies. The production is based on pressing 7 layers of Canadian maple ( Hard Maple variety ). Glues used during the production process are of the biggest quality, as assures a leader in technology of wood combining Franklin International company.
 

The boards are hot-pressed with PolyureTech technology using aluminum molds. The cutting of the pressed sheets is done with professional CNC numerical machines, which ensures the finished product has an ideal shape and high quality.

Every skateboard goes through several hands of the employees, to be finally delivered to the grinding-polishing drum where it gets ideally smooth sides and surface.

Graphics are marked in two different ways: classic method of SCREEN PRINTING what provides the graphic with even greater durability , and by HEAT TRANSFER machine which gives more possibilities for color and technical capabilities. During every production process from combining the veneers, screen printing to the process of varnishing only the eco-friendly materials are being used ( polyvinyl glue, varnish and watercolors ). 

The production line and system gives a good productivity what allows for fast realization of the particular orders.
